I'm always skeptical whenever a scientist(s) says that debate must close on an issue, that all the facts are in, that action must be taken to avert catastrophe - NOW! This is such an issue; the media are falling over on another pushing one side and whipping up fear. Its impossible to separate the science from the politics on AGW and that is enough reason for me to step back, try and cool the rhetoric and examine all sides. Be careful what you wish for!
